Staff Opportunities

If you are interested in joining our staff there are two different opportunities, our Student Residential Staff and Assistant Director positions.

Our Residential Staff is made up of students here at Tennessee Tech who desire to be on leadership here at Wesley. They are the engine that makes the entire ministry run. Among many things, they serve as team leaders on our leadership team, complete weekly chores, serve as our spiritual leaders, etc. Residential staff members live in housing that Wesley provides rent free. This is in exchange for the incredible work done to keep us running! The deadline has passed for the 2017-2018 staff. Check back to this page at the end of the fall semester for the following school year, if you’re interested!

The Assistant Director positions are for recent college graduates who are interested in exploring ministry and who enjoy working with young people in a ministry setting. Assistant Directors work closely with the students as spiritual leaders and mentors. They also spend time in the office helping plan events with the Directors. It is our hope that this position is filled with passionate people who desire to bring new ideas and perspectives to Wesley. Assistant Directors are flexible, patient, and willing. As an Assistant Director, you must be able to commit to serving on staff for at least one school year. If you are interested, we’d love to hear from you! Applications are below!
